HELLO IS JUST ANOTHER WORD I NEVER LEARNED TO PRONOUNCE
Science was one of Arlo's favorite subjects, but group projects weren't something he was that comfortable with. The security of doing his work within his own quarters gave him comfort. However, he'd been assigned a project partner and there wasn't much he could do but try and get through the project unscathed. Arlo cared for his grades and couldn't let his poor social skills allow him to do poorly on this project.
They were assigned a project to craft a simple solar system and label the planets, stating some simple facts for some extra bonus marks. However, simple research on the internet was too boring and convenient. Arlo had thought it'd be more interesting to visit the planetarium instead and get a more in depth knowledge of planets while getting a good look too. They only had to state simple known facts about the planets and all the work could've been easily done at home online or from books. Arlo was hoping his project partner wouldn't mind his suggestion to come visit this place today.
Arlo had know preexisting knowledge of his classmate other than the fact that they were both second years and he may have spotted him before around campus. Then again Arlo wasn't very perceptive about noticing people when he spent so much effort just to close himself off from them.
He flipped through his notebook and doodled a few of the planets from memory. His favorite planet was Pluto-- he found it unfair that it was taken off the list as a planet for a while! He felt bad for Pluto, it was misunderstood.
He'd just arrived and had only been here a few minutes. He waited for his project partner to arrive by the entrance. He on a small bench and kept his eyes fixated on his doodles. He knew his classmate merely by name and face when the teacher had assigned them as a group. Otherwise, he was fairly clueless, much as he was about most of his classmates.

Hope this is okay! o/ Figured a group project would be fun but might lose stuff to do so figured blending in a small trip with a group project might bring more to do and might be fun.
