 Akio often cooked his own food, but even the highly disciplined and well trained Akio liked convenience. He chose more basic accommodation than he could comfortably afford because he knew he couldn't really appreciate luxury anyway given his upbringing. Likewise with food, what he cooked himself was simple, tasty and nutritionally sound for his diet and exercise regime.
Today he wouldn't worry about the exact micro and macro nutritional value of the food he was eating, he would just order a nice chicken and bacon burger with sweet potato fries and slaw. He saw a lot of familiar faces around, but they were already at full tables. He had two options, sit alone or strike up a conversation with a stranger. He went for the latter.
Looking around, a redhead instantly caught his eye. Red hair tends to stick out like that. He casually strolled over and sat at the table with a simple "Yo, sup" acknowledging them.

The albino snorted and shook his head before popping a fry into his mouth. "He's gotcha there, Luka."
"It's none of your business!" The smallest male blushed brightly and shook his head, the ears on top of it sticking straight up in his exasperation.
"Might as well drop it, Adrian. He's not gonna say anything to you."
The red head pouted and flopped down in his chair, huffing and crossing his arms over his chest in defeat. "How come my powers never work on you? I mean I can easily see what Amos here wants to do with that precious blonde treat of his- Ow!" Of course said albino wasted little time in kicking the red head in the shin.
"Keep my thoughts out of it or I'll do worse than kick your stupid ass."
"Ooohhh~ I'm so scaareeddd of the tiiinny fiiirst yeaarrr~ Aiie! Owie... You're a meanie.." Again the albino had kicked him in the shin, harder this time though.
It was around then that another student had wandered over to their table. Thank the gods for that. "Ohaaai~ Friiieend~ Come and sit!" Of course Adrian was already looking him over, wasting no time delving right into the kid's sex life. An almost wicked grin crossed his face as he sat the other male down. "Sooo. What made you join us hmm?"
"Probably your obnoxious fucking hair." Amos muttered, earning a small chuckle from the cat boy. Adrian stuck out his tongue and wrapped an arm around the new male's shoulders.
"Ignore him, he's Sir Grumpypants. And over there is our precious little virgin kitten."
"H-hey!"
"And I am the wonderful Adrian, pleasure to meet you~"

Well, it seems he found an interesting group of people, that was cool. Akio chuckled a little at Amos's comment, he was spot on. He wasted no time munching a couple of chips whilst Adrian introduced himself, shooting straight back with his own
"Akio the hot prince, nice to meet you too. Oh and your friend wasn't wrong, it was your hair but I think it suits you"
He winked, being as smooth as ever. Looking the group over, they seemed to be different ages yet they all got on. They probably had a shared interest or something but Akio could learn about that in a second later. For now, he took a bite out of his burger before joking around a little
"So, what brings a cute kitty, a guy with awesome red eyes, and a dude with wonderful hair together? Beyond food naturally"
Well that was everybody complimented, now to see how they reacted, it was always fun to see how people reacted to a potentially innocent compliment.

Adrian picked up a fry and threw it at the albino who just shook his head and proceeded to eat it. "Well at least someone likes it!"
Of course the other male went on to introduce himself to an extent and compliment them each in a different way. Adrian, being the most talkative one answered his question. As for their reactions, Luka squeaked and avoided eye contact like the shy little shit he was, and Amos just rolled his supposed "awesome red eyes" and shook his head. "Wellll, me and Luka here are in the same year, and Amos is just Luka's slacker bodyguard."
"I am not a slacker."
"Yeah sure you're not." Adrian smiled and continued. "Me and Luka met through a mutual acquaintance who has since moved away, and Amos here... Hmm how did you two meet again?" Though it was probably pretty hard to imagine Adrian and Luka being in the same class with the almost foot of height difference between them. Then again, Adrian was just pretty tall.
"Someone was hanging Luka off the the roof, wanting to see if the kitty would land on all fours." Amos muttered, finishing up his food and sticking his tray under Luka's. "So I saved his tiny ass. And have since been roped into keeping an eye on him."
"Well there ya have it! What about you? What year are you in?"

It was a cool group, he'd come across, just dicking around playfully, it was a sign of a close friendship. If they weren't close they probably would have murdered each other by now if they were always like this. Looks like Luka was the shy virgin boy, so the virgin kitty wasn't entirely a joke but it didn't matter. Amos was indeed a sir Grumpypants too by the looks of it.
Interesting story, he never would have had imaged Amos would have been a bodyguard, but you should never judge by appearance and the grumpiness fit in light of that. He couldn't help but raise a brow about Luka being held off a roof. People were indeed dicks, this is one reason he still took his training seriously, the other being to stay looking damn fine.
He finished his mouthful of food when it came to his turn to introduce himself
"I'm a fourth year, so I guess that makes me your upperclassman. If I had to sum myself up, I'd say British ninja prince who can bench half a tonne with ease.... Oh and I'm a flirt, but then you should know that"

Akio responded near instantly to the question, holding a chip up to the side for some reason, presumably so it would be close to his head to eat once he finished talking
"Well my friends are spread out right now, so I thought why not talk to some new guys. Besides, loser is another way of saying you don't give a fuck what people think, and those people tend to be the best people"
Though it wasn't always the case that those who didn't care were called losers, Akio himself was an example. Still, he did like those who were social outcasts, it is how he felt when he first joined the school even if he put a facade on.
