POWER DESCRIPTIONS

Vampiristic Hemomancy: Elijah has the ability to heal the wounds of others with his blood. He can also use blood to fight with if he really has to. However, the downside is that he has to consume the blood of others in order to use anything associated with this power. This hasn't been much of a problem for him when his little brother is around, as Shiloh has a rare condition where he requires his blood to be taken on a rather regular basis.

Dream Manipulation: He's not very skilled with this, but he is able to get into the minds of others while they are sleeping and imprint whatever he wants into their subconscious, making their waking actions be whatever he wants them to be.

APPEARANCE

Elijah is around 6'0" even and weighs around 190 pounds or so. He has a very average build. He is pretty pale, but not deathly so. He's not exactly muscular, but he's not weak either. He can always be found in a furred hoodie, which he will even wear under his school jacket if he has to, and a fedora with a red ribbon on it. Elijah has beautiful green eyes and reddish-brown hair. His features are more muted than his brother's but still very similar. Elijah has fangs. Yes. Fangs. He only has them because he went to the dentist and had his canines removed and replaced with fangs. This makes it much easier for him to consume the blood of his brother with minimal damage.

PERSONALITY

Elijah is rather full of himself sometimes. He thinks that he is hilarious, and he can be sometimes. He is sarcastic, but very flirtatious and charming. He isn't an asshole, unless people push him to be. He can be very romantic as well if he's trying to get someone's attention, but he is a playboy and isn't really interested in settling down, he much prefers to have flings. Elijah is very very defensive over his little brother and will waste no time beating the shit out of anyone that gets too close to him.

In regards to his powers, Elijah has a bit of a blood complex. If he sees someone bleeding, he gets an almost insatiable blood lust and has an impulse to consume blood that he has little control over. Usually he can push it off long enough to find Shiloh and bite him.

BIOGRAPHY

Elijah was the first born to a lower-middle class family. He was raised really well and loved by both of his parents from day one. Four years later, his little brother was born and everything was wonderful for a few years until Shiloh got sick. At first it was just the fear for their son, but when Shiloh wasn't around, Elijah saw the truth of their rather dire situation.

As the years went on, things only got worse for the boys. There was a time when Shiloh got so far down that he tried to kill himself. Elijah rushed to him and found himself utterly compelled to drink his blood, and so he did. From that day onwards, Elijah did what he could to keep his brother healthy. But that only raised more questions, and eventually, they were thrown into almost an entirely different life. Where there once was love, there was now abuse, and one day, Elijah got sick of it.

Their father had beaten them both pretty badly for one thing or another, and his anger got the better of him as he stabbed the man repeatedly until he died. But by then, that same compulsion took over and he quickly went to drinking the man's blood, terrifying the hell out of the mother that had just returned from shopping for their meager supplies. Elijah took it upon himself to free them from that situation and threatened the woman before taking to the streets with his brother. They had traveled a long way to keep themselves safe.

After almost a year or so, Elijah was recruited to a school for special kids like him. But he wasn't just going to abandon his brother either. However, that matter was quickly resolved and the two were moved into a wonderful home with another wonderful family. Elijah stayed with them until school started, but by then, Shiloh was fairly comfortable in his place. He would always go back for holidays and breaks and whenever he really could to visit the boy. And then one day he was being pulled out of class, being informed that his brother qualified to join the school as well. The day he went to recruit Shiloh was probably the best day of his life.
