It has been only a week since she arrived at the high-school of mystery and was given a job of a teacher along with one of a maid. Unexpected course of events, to say the least. She never imagined herself standing in front of a group of young folk and educate them about something she had taken as a mere hobby, but nevertheless it was a perfect opportunity for her to become part of this school and its activities providing her with more than plenty of time to observe and become familiar with her own goals and abilities as well. While she was a part of Jaeger family having powers such as her came as a luxury, so communicating or having any form of contact with people like her was rare. Miss Yvonne and Klaus Stein, one whom Beatrix used to protect, were one of those rare people. After coming to the high-school countless possibilities and events opened up for Beatrix to experience and countless people to observe and analyze. Despite her past and nature she had no intentions of hurting any student, teacher or anyone else whatsoever for sake of her getting answers and explanations of her powers. Quite on the contrary, her intentions became to connect with this place- not necessarily to go around and make friends like crazy but, at least, learn more and become a better and stronger person herself.

One of the first movements she made towards learning of this place was coming to the Halloween Dance event- it is an event that, obviously, occurs annually and allows students and teachers to relieve their stress through different amusing activities. Beatrix made her way from the shops, carrying some groceries she was going to use for tonight's dinner- her cooking skills have been improving a lot lately. Having heard people shout and cheer made her walk in that general direction and observe- cheerful bunch of young handsome men and gorgeous girls enjoying themselves with dance, good and luxurious food and drinks and even exchanging romance here and there. Quite a lively mass of youngsters enjoying the fruits of youth- it did not fail to impress Beatrix at how organized the event was; well-planned, lively, atmospheric, enjoyable and full of goodies one can enjoy. Beatrix looked here and there seeing cakes and cookies she greedily wanted to grab, but perhaps it was a better idea to savor the moment in sightseeing. "Halloween dance... It sure is lively this time of year." Beatrix commented after a short observation on the events going around here. She sure was impressed by the display and would not mind to stay a while longer, so she leaned against a cold rock wall of a building in the near and continued watching.
