POWER DESCRIPTIONS
Morgan, himself, has very little understanding of his powers and with his psyche so fragmented it has made progress quite difficult.
Mental Resistance; Beginner
At his current level, Morgan has no control over this. It is entirely passive and provides a natural resistance to other mental powers that would otherwise influence him. It does take energy, however and a skilled, or just really determined, user of mental powers could keep pushing against that resistance until it’s worn away.
Power Negation; Beginner
Currently, the only way Morgan’s negation works is through direct skin to skin contact. The effects last less than a minute after contact is broken.

APPEARANCE
Although it’s the last thing he’s ever wanted, Morgan’s looks are rather striking in spite of his entirely average height. His hair is a bright teal color that picks up bluer or greener highlights based on his surroundings. It’s fairly thick and rather voluminous, making it a bit tricky to get under control in humidity. It hasn’t been cut in a while and thus, falls nearly to his shoulders at its longest. His eyes are an almost luminescent shade of golden yellow and framed with thick lashes that only accentuates them.
Although he isn’t especially built or scrawny he tends to be along fairly lean lines; not because he has put any effort into his appearance but because Jack is a vain little shit and makes sure the body stays reasonably fit. It helps that his metabolism is pretty damn effective.
Morgan doesn’t have a wide assortment of clothes but depending who got dressed in the morning really colors how he is styled for the day. While his clothes are mostly quite ordinary, the manner of dress and accessorizing makes all the difference. Felyse tends to care very little and as long as the clothing is well fitting and clean it’s acceptable. Jack, being rather more vain, likes to make sure they make a good impression when he’s getting the body dressed for the day, leaning toward more eye-catching colors and the like. Zia, poor thing, really prefers softer colors and looser lines than she is really provided so she makes due with accessories like a cute barrette or tasteful pendant. If Morgan’s the one getting dressed he’s probably not leaving the room to begin with and will stay in whatever he’s wearing by way of PJs until someone else fronts or he falls asleep.

PERSONALITY
That's... complicated. Morgan's psyche is so fragmented that there is more than one personality at work in his body. His own core personality is skittish and fearful; avoidant to the extreme. In fact, it is very rare that Morgan, himself, is at the helm (so to speak) as he is ill-equipped to deal with much of anything. He is easily overwhelmed and tends to shut down completely when pushed too hard.
The most common personality fronting is a man named Felyse. He's almost shockingly put together and altogether unflappable. He come across as much more mature than the fifteen year old body he has and is very protective of Morgan. He gets the thankless job of doing his best to keep shit together and run damage control for the other persons sharing a body with Morgan. He's reliable and empathetic but utterly no nonsense. He has little patience for tomfoolery and his primary goal is to protect and heal Morgan's fractured self.
Then there's Jack. This kid is a born troublemaker. He's impulsive and gregarious and has no issues causing a little mayhem for a good time. Jack is prone to getting into trouble but rarely is the trouble of a malicious nature. Although mischievous, he is more interested in a good time than getting someone's proverbial goat. He can roll with the punches and come out smiling at the end with a devil-may-care swagger. He seems to have a few issues messing around with various substances that no fifteen year old boy should be getting his hands on. Never stopped Jack though.
The girl in a house of men, Zia is introspective and rather maternal. While she seems to be on the young side, she is very protective of Morgan and seems to be lovingly exasperated with Jack. She remains unaware of Felyse's presence, however, and fears that He is gaining more control when she is unaware what is happening. Her presence is somewhat rare, but far more frequent than Morgan, himself. She is equally happy to spend her time reading or drawing alone as well as socializing with others, especially other girls. She is not, however, very prone to talking with men, especially those in positions of authority, as she is clearly intimidated by them.
Fragment 1: Referred to by Jack as "The Chronic Ass Hat(ter)", this fragment surfaces rarely, but often enough to deserve mention. Given the pitch of the voice and observable body language, he seems to be an adult male but not much else about him exists. There isn't enough of him to be an alter but of the known fragments he seems the most developed as he responds to others and outside stimulus with much more variety and clarity.
Fragment 2: Designated as "The Weeper" this fragment responds very little, if at all, to outside stimulus. Gender and age are unknown. The Weeper gets their name from the act that they apologize, cry, wail, and beg for forgiveness; although to whom and for what have never been stated.
Fragment 3: Of the mention-worthy fragments, this last one is both the rarest and the worst. Rarely bothering to speak at all, this last fragment is referred to as "Him" or "He" by Felyse, Jack, and Zia who all try to keep him from surfacing at all. Based on past incidents he cares nothing for the well being of others and will wreak all manner of damage and destruction. Luckily, He surfaces even more rarely than “The Ass Hat(ter).” Lately though, it seems as if He is becoming more and more of an entity in his own right and less of an emotional fragment of a traumatized mind. Lately, He has started to become self-aware as something different than Morgan entirely.

BIOGRAPHY
Morgan’s early life is not a kind one and he, himself, recalls very little of it. He never knew quite why he was so severely treated, even from a very young age over the smallest of things. He could never get an explanation from his parents besides “You know what you’ve done” and the beating of a lifetime. Truly, it was a wonder he survived, all things considered. His mother was hot and cold with him; swinging between doting on her baby boy and lashing out brutally at son and husband alike. His father never really showed any warmth to the young boy unless he was being a little too handsy. It gave the young child a very warped world view. To make matters worse for him, he received very little in the way of education as he was “homeschooled” out past the suburbs of Boston, but not quite in the country.
And so, his life was a never ending cycle of manual labor, abuse, and strange bouts of what passed for affection. That is, that was his life until he was about eight or so. That was when his admittedly shitty life took an even worse turn.
They had gone into the city for a rare family outing. Ostensibly it had been an educational trip. Yes, it had involved visits to a few of the museums, but it had involved rather more time spent around the seedier side of town than any trip involving a child rightfully should.
When his parents returned home they did so without the burden of a child.
Morgan was discovered by an early morning dog walker in the Boston Commons. He was badly beaten and crammed into a plastic storage container but he was miraculously alive. He spent the next several weeks in the hospital, recovering from new and old damage. The police tried to find the people responsible but Morgan had been catatonic with mental and physical shock when he was found. When he came out of it he was in a dissociative fugue state and couldn’t tell them much more than the fact that his name was Morgan. He didn’t even seem to be terribly sure of that.
But he had to have a name and “Morgan” was as good as any other. He was initially placed in a foster home with the Davis family once he was deemed medically stable but they found him too great a burden to deal with. They had expected to be caring for a traumatized child who was going to need help re-adjusting to life in general like a few of their previous fostered cases. What they got instead was apparently a rather spunky little spitfire who refused to answer to his name and was always causing mischief. At first they had been glad to see what seemed to be a rather miraculous recovery. But it became clear, in time, that this was an entirely different kettle of fish; one the Davises were ill equipped to handle.
And so Jack was the first alternate personality to surface. Morgan was in the children’s psychiatric ward when Felyse made himself known and Zia was along not too far after that. It was quite clear that this was no dissociative fugue case. This poor child had a full blown dissociative identity disorder.
He bounced around from psych ward to foster home and back again throughout his early life; given a chance at normalcy when Felyse was the driving force and being reprimanded for risky behavior when Jack was involved. Zia was never one to ruffle feathers but she was also a fairly anxious sort who sometimes needed help herself, especially as puberty came along.
He reached puberty a bit later than most of his peers and with puberty came the onset of certain powers. Grant it, they were subtle things and all aspects of his psyche were unaware of them. But not everyone was so uninformed. A doctor at the psychiatric ward was a graduate of Aurora and had more than a touch of power detection. He sent word to his old school and with dizzying speed, young Morgan was enrolled in time to start his freshman year of high school.
