I’m Still Breathing, A soft hum echoed through the auditorium, then a tap of a pencil on paper and suddenly Artemis created a beat. It was simple, not really fast pace but the kind of beat you could chill out too on the weekend or after a big party. However, it wasn’t quite right still. It felt off and slightly awkward. That could have been because it wasn’t really completed, she had some of the words and knew generally where she wanted to story of the song to go but there was still something missing.
Letting out an exasperated sigh she lay back on the stage floor. The last week had been an interesting week to say the least. Callum, someone she thought was dead was back and he was right here, at this school. Actually he was probably going to end up one of her teachers. She shook her head, how she was even to comprehend that was still a bit of a black space in her mind. But one thing did change within her when she saw him that morning on the rooftop, she wanted to know if there was anyone else out there. And that was why she is here doing something she hadn’t done in a very long time. Singing.
She used to only sing because she hoped that if she got famous enough her brother would see her on TV and he would never forget her face. She had also hoped she would have enough money to buy them a house and live together. Now though, she wasn’t just singing to be there for him but she wanted to call out to any of the survivors of her all school. Maybe they would come out, maybe they would find her? As much as Callum being here confused her she couldn’t deny how much she missed him, and even on the rooftop she still wanted to hug him and have him tell her everything was going to be ok.
So, here she was. The writing pad next to her with her scribble sprawled all over it and by scribble she means lyrics. Rolling onto her side she began to sing, this time projecting her voice to hear the sound bounce off the walls in the auditorium – the acoustics really were amazing.
“Get out your guns, battles begun, Are you a saint, or a sinner? If love’s a fight, then I shall die with my heart on the trigger…
They say before you start a war, You better know what you’re fighting for. Well baby, you are all that I adore, If love is what you need, a soldier I will be.”
Her voice trailed off at the end, she had the starts of a chorus but nothing set in stone. A few lines here and there, she wanted to use the something that was for the battle she fought at the school. “Hmm shotgun!” She giggled lightly as the word left her mouth, it sounded so silly but hey, they were using shotguns and if this song was meant to be a call out then only those people would get it. “Ok, lets try this.”
“I’m and angel with a shotgun, fighting till the war’s won…” She wrote the words as she said them, placing breaks where she knew she would need to either switch key or take a breath. “I don’t care if heaven won’t take me back…”
Artemis smiled, she liked what she had come up with. It was a start and a good one at that. They only thing she would have to worry about once it was completed is how to get it out there and if anyone would listen…or like it for that matter.

If Hunter had to openly admit one particular thing that he learned about Aurora Academy for the short span of time that he had been attending ever since transferring from Korea, that request in itself would have been almost impossible for him to answer. Although he had seen many factors and qualities of luxury and glamour alike as a result of the lifestyle that he had accepted and been thrown into ever since embarking his journey within dance and performance among several other musical oriented businesses and jobs, he was truthfully impressed by what the campus had to offer, as well as the sheer quality and cleanliness that it had been fixed and maintained within. Out of all of the things he had to list and acknowledge about the schoolgrounds, those prior two things would likely and easily take the top two points of higher and personal importance to him. Those were definitely two things to take note of, rather than the single one that hypotheticals would have inquired him upon. Not quite answering the question at hand effectively, but to add to the list anyways, he would have also commended the general layout of the campus itself, as it certainly held a rather blossoming and aesthetically pleasing look in his opinion. Midway into his own, self-proclaimed tour of the very grounds that he had been thinking about, his thoughts entered a brief cease as he turned a corner of one of the outer buildings; azure voids of his catching a glimpse from side to side - to and fro - in order to take the scenery within his intellect. Soon afterwards, he stared with a subtle blankness off into the distance before averting his gaze towards the earthen terrain beneath his heels. Blinking quietly, he pursed his lips and closed his eyes slowly, his chest expanding and rising within an equally as gradual fashion all the while in a heavy breath. After a temporary trance, the air that he held within his lungs expelled outwards and within the spaces around him silently and with somewhat of a weight to it. ...And if I had to give a fourth thing... he thought to himself, ...it would definitely be how huge this place is.A vague look of concern, caution, and curiosity all the same would have been apparent within his eyes and general expression alike before he veered his gaze and attention right once more, scanning the clearing before ultimately deciding to embark upon another stride within that particular direction. Truth be told, navigation hadn't been his strong suit. Dancing he could do. Singing was a natural talent. He even had a fantastic gift for acting and drama in general that he had discovered, with no less thanks offered towards his locked away parents, even despite how much of a hindrance they had admittedly been to him throughout the entirety of his childhood. ...Navigation, on the other hand, was a lost cause for him more times than not. Whenever he traveled during tours in the past, his manager had been the one to guide the group around- and if it wasn't him, then it was the valiant and all-knowing leader of the twelve member group all in all, Ryuki. Then came Wukong, surprisingly, and then everyone else. ...And honestly, everyone normally had a decent sense for direction except for him. Such was the reason why he was beginning to start his own tour around the campus without waiting for his best friend to accompany him and veer him back upon the right paths when he swerved off, but it was far too late to turn back by then, of course. He'd already covered about half of the campus through confused and interested wandering alike after finding out that the small map of the academy that he had picked up earlier proved to be of no use to him, after all. Half of the campus covered, but how he found himself back at the main classroom buildings for not the second, but the third time during his venture was far beyond him, though something he decided to dismiss and not argue as he stood before the entryway to the ground floor. His head tilted up to take the sights of the building in its entirety in again, and after he breathed another, soft sigh of exasperation, he merely shook his head with an amused, self-mocking smirk before deciding to walk in yet again. The hallways around him were familiar; not to the point where he could see and memorize them like the back of his hand, but familiar enough since he had been there no more than half an hour beforehand. His feet brought him across the span of the first floor out of curiosity, as he admittedly hadn't taken care to thoroughly peruse the area the first time. For the most part, he only took care to examine a few of the classrooms before coming across the exit and leaving on a whim in hopes to find other buildings. History decided not to repeat itself that time around as he stumbled upon another doorway; not necessarily by virtue of being lost, though by virtue of hearing an interesting thing. A voice, specifically- and one that seemed to be pretty on tune and melodious, nonetheless. Out of absendminded and unknowing curiosity, he had found his way over towards the main doorways to the auditorium and leaned against the opened frames as he took a low gander across the seats and the walls, among the many other features visible within the room. A small smile crossed his lips as the girl afar continued to sing, though it hadn't been long before his attention drifted over towards the aforementioned girl in question. He listened quietly to her lyrical composure; the smile upon his face continuous all the while as a result of how he was rather impressed in her voice. She seemed to stop after a small amount of time, and it was then that he found himself making a decision in hesitation, bouncing between the options of whether or not he should keep silent and continue on his way, or to address her. Well enough, he decided on the latter as he lifted his hands a tad, taking care to scope a moment in which she had stopped singing in order to give her a few claps from his current position. A good-humored and friendly laugh cleared the air softly. "You have a beautiful voice," was his simple, one-sentence greeting, though he didn't quite say anything more for the meantime, for sake of testing the waters.

I’m Still Breathing, Artemis hummed a little more as she thought about the next line in the chorus. So far it all sounded pretty good when sung together but she wasn’t quite sure what kind of mix it should have. She wasn’t really used to faced paced songs, heck to be honest she wasn’t really used to even the thought of releasing a song for radio. It was all a new concept to her, even if an old friend wanted her to join a band it wasn’t like they ever did set it up. It made her smile though, thinking about how simple life was then. Maybe Kata was one of those that made it out too. For one she didn’t see the girl in the weeks leading up to battle, actually she hadn’t seen her for months. She just one day was gone and the teachers wouldn’t explain why. Artemis always thought it was because she went back to being and idol but she never knew because she never heard anything about her after that. Maybe if Arte released this song Kata would contact her?
The sound of clapping broke her train of thought and Artemis found herself shoot upright as a male voice soon followed. She couldn’t tell if he was mocking her or actually meant what he said but regardless she was already on the defensive. Looking over in the direction of the voice her gaze met with that of a blue haired boy. She had never seen him before, not that she really knew anyone here but she thought should would have at least remembered someone with such striking hair colour. Gazing at him further, deciding on what to say she searched the area around him where his aura would be most bright. He was orange mostly, the sign of someone who was creative with lots of energy and who’s out-going. That would explain his ability to seem so comfortable at interrupting her and coming forward. There was something else though, some muddy patches over his heart which told her that he wasn’t all bright a cheerful. Something had happened to him…
In some ways Artemis liked having the ability to see others auras, it helped to work out if they were telling the truth or meant what they said. Like with this person, he had a soft blue hue around his throat charka – a sign that he was being truthful so she could relax. “Thank you...” She wasn’t really sure what he was going to do next though. Would he join her or just sort of stand there and wait for an invitation? Deciding to take a chance she spoke up once more. “It’s not finished…” she referred to the song, she actually wanted to ask what he thought but wasn’t sure how. Taking a deep breath though she forced herself to try “What do you think?” Should she at least try to make friends right?

In response to the expression of gratitude that he had received, the azure-haired teen merely gave a nod within an initial reply of his own; the smile that he wore remaining continuous and even broadening ever so faintly as he chuckled softly. Despite the lack of deeper detail that he would have been capable of attaining from the distance that he occupied within that particular moment in time, he tilted his head within a subtle and faint angle while glancing over the girl for a couple of moments. Before long, however, he took note of how the other student afar had called out in order to add a couple of extra statements of her own in addition to her first remark. Eyes of a sapphire-like resemblance in both coloring and seeming glisten would have veiled over and unveiled accordingly and swiftly as he blinked. His arms had apparently crossed themselves within an absentminded command during the time that he had settled against the primary entryway's door frames, though they had easily undone themselves as he gave his frame a soft push from the shoulder on, shifting his weight back towards his heels and feet in general to maintain his balance all the while. Both of his hands slipped briefly within the pockets of his pants as he shrugged, beginning to make his way down the aisles and over to the central stage all the while. "For an unfinished song, it actually sounds really good, in my opinion," he said back. By that point in time, he had ventured halway down the current aisle within a quick and brisk stride; complete with a noticeably widened step pattern as a result of his own height and overall build. "As weird as the lyrics kinda sound, I'd be lying if I said that I didn't like it," he took care to add after little time had passed since that first, returning statement of his. Speech and vocally, he entered a temporary pause in both thought and for sake of taking a break, and had simply allowed himself to continue along his own path while still peering up at the girl as he walked closer. Rather than making his way within an ascension across the steps to meet her specific location, however, he merely and gradually diminished the distance between himself and the very edge of the stage. It was a heightened ledge for sure; one that would prove to be more or less painful to most in the event that they had been enough of an unfortunate soul to trip or fall off of it. Thanks to his own height, though, he managed to be able to see over the platform with some degree of ease. Ceasing his stride upon finding himself no less than a few inches from the stage's border, he simply reeled either one of his hands from their respective pockets, settling them comfortable upon the stage floor as he laid his arms across it within an equally comfortable fold. He leaned forward and laid his chin on top of them, crossing his legs casually where he stood at the same time. "It obviously didn't have much of a background melody, but, I mean...I guess that's to be expected since it's a work in progress~. ...That, and I guess there's really nothing around here for you to play for some sort of background music." Another pause would have been taken as he allowed his attention to stray from the neighboring student and towards the stage surrounding them- and it was then that he seemed to finally notice a noticeable amount of what appeared to be sawdust and other dust-like particles scattered across the floor near where he was. Likely from stagecraft, he assumed, though who had produced it beforehand would have been a moot point for him to address and think upon at that moment in time. When he realized it, he lifted his arms up slowly and straightened his posture, quirking his lip and inhaling deeply as he brushed whatever pieces of stray dirt and the like off of his skin and sleeves with a moderately discontent and uncomfortable look upon his face, though just for a split second or two. Once he had cleaned himself off accordingly, he breathed a soft, gentle sigh, shaking his hands as if to rid them of any final traces of debris while glancing back up at the other. "...It sounds like it's gonna be some sort of love song, though," he finally went on afterwards. "Is that what you were going for, by any chance?"

I’m Still Breathing, Her gaze never left him, green orbs fixated on his movements as he casually walked toward her. She had always wondered what made people like him so confident. She, herself didn’t share that same trait at all. It wasn’t that she wasn’t confident, she was very confident when it came to her abilities such as kendo and martial arts but she never was outwardly confident that it became a striking feature others remembered even once she left the room. This boy however was that type of person, it was in the way he carried himself and the way he spoke. It was smooth and almost lyrical, she wondered if he was a singer also.
His feedback of her song actually made her chuckled. Her weird lyrics still sounded cool enough it seemed. It was something she was concerned about but she could be happy with ‘weird but cool’. “I have to admit I was worried about the same thing…but it’s fitting.” She didn’t really feel like explaining why it was fitting, in music you never really had too. It was up to the listener to determine what they thought, at least that’s how she saw music. It was like creating a story or a flow of imagination that the listener could attach their own ideas and theories too, she was actually interested in knowing what people would think her song was about. She assumed they would think it was about love…it was more than that. The thought made her smile softly before she focused once more on the boy who was now very much in front of her. In a way, she was a little uncomfortable because his line of sight was very much at the lower part of her body.
Him leaning forward made her shift in her seated position, making sure he wouldn’t see what she didn’t want him too. He didn’t seem to notice though which she was relieved about so she wasn’t going to make a big deal about it. “I’m actually not that great at creating the background melody. I mean I play guitar but I haven’t really got an idea for a good beat. There is just something missing…” Artemis held the pencil to her lip, her mind had wandered from the boy in front of her to how she could create a decent melody. It happened when she gets creative, she would lose herself in thoughts and music. Coming up with beats, lyrics and tunes just to try and work out what was best. It didn’t help that she is a perfectionist, even when she came up with something like she had now, she still wasn’t satisfied until everything clicked within her.
Her little retreat into her creative mind meant that she hadn’t noticed his display of disgust towards the dust on the stage, in fact, she completely missed that he had moved until he spoke up once more. “Love song?” the words slowly left her mouth as she remembered their discussion. “I guess it could be one.” She smiled at him, her lips curling up and softening her features and making her green eyes light up. It wasn’t really a love song in the original sense, more like a call out to her friends who fought together. She loved each and every one of them, if she didn’t she wouldn’t have fought so hard. Granted there were those she loved more and she did feel sad that she never got to tell them, so in a way the song is a love song. All in all, she just hoped they would hear it and they would find her.
After a moment pause she added “I really should start to work on the sound of the song…I don’t really know this school well or the people in it so trying to find other musically inclined people is a bit tough.” name || @nike notes || none

Nodding in agreement towards her initial statement, the sapphire-eyed boy allowed the given, lone, and temporarily silent gesture of his to speak for itself as he shrugged, keeping his gaze upon her very own form in the process. Soon after doing so, however, she seemed to be well within what appeared to be some sort of thoughtful trance; something that he was internally and vaguely thankful of since it hadn't enabled her to catch wind of his personal conflicts with things that almost any other person would nonchalantly brush off without being too irked by it. In the process, he also noticed that she had seemingly shifted her position a little bit. At first, he simply seized the chance to be unnoticed as he gazed at her while wondering the reasoning behind why she would do so, but it hadn't taken too long for the realization to click rather quickly and suddenly within his intellect. Although he expressed no major signs of the revelation as it gave him a light shock and reality check from his current angle by the bottom of the stage, he gave a soft, non-forced cough and began clearing his throat before accordingly turning around. Rather than leaning forward against the edge like he had done earlier, he assumed a new position against the farther length of the stage for a short while, leaning the upper portion of his back, as well as the bottom of his shoulderblades, against the angle that the wood behind him created. It was an uncomfortable switch at first, but after adjusting a fair amount, it proved to be bearable and tolerable enough, despite the fact that the angle itself was jutting faintly into his shoulderblades. Crossing his legs one over the other as he leaned against the stage, he peered upwards and towards the ceiling for a couple of moments, quirking his lip in surface leveled thought all the while. He mulled over her latter words as his eyes distractedly wandered across the inverted span of the rooftop above, nodding his head from side to side while doing so in a rather lazy manner. "Mmm...well, if it's a melody you need, I can help with that. Turns out that you've got a musically inclined person right here," he offered with a chuckle. Glancing over his shoulder, he spared her another look before turning around and finally beginning to start off towards the steps. "I've basically spent my entire life in music. My parents were vocal coaches for Broadway and stuff, and then I got involved in music in Korea, so I'm willing to lend you a hand if need be~."A few steps later, and he would have reached the top of one of the flanking flights of stairs leading to the top of the stage floor itself. He walked over towards the girl, though took care to stop a reasonable distance away for sake of personal space, as well as any sort of comfort that she possibly wished to maintain. After stopping a few feet away, he crouched, sighing softly with the movement before peering over at her with a smile. "If you want my opinion, the guitar would be nice, but not exactly that fitting for the few lyrics that I heard. Sounds like some kinda wartime business mixed in with, like...somehow endearing stuff. Maybe...it could involve symphony instruments for a sort of heavenly thing, if that makes sense. Mesh some violin and a little bit of piano with the normal instruments you'd hear in a song, and I feel like it would actually sound pretty nice if you do it right."

I’m Still Breathing, Artemis eyed him with mild curiosity and a mixture of slight embarrassment when she noticed him turn around. He must have picked up on her shift in position and that kind of made her feel a little awkward but again she wouldn’t say anything. Besides, he seemed nice enough to realise the situation and correct it so there was no point in being overactive like she had known some girls to do so. Though, even Artemis had to admit she always found it incredibly funny to watch when girls overreacted. She felt for the guys who nine times out of ten had no clue what they even did. So, the fact that this one did…it was then she realised they both hadn’t even introduced themselves. Artemis was about to but he had begun speaking and so she simply listened, waiting for the proper moment to introduce herself.
A musically inclined person hey… Artemis smiled at him as he glanced but over his shoulder “Well that is handy to know” She watched him pushing his body off the stage and head stage right to the stairs. His voice projected well around the room and she was surprised she hadn’t noticed it before. Of course he was a singer, she almost didn’t even need the background explanation once she actually paid attention to the inflection in his voice. But it was good to know that he had experience in this kind of stuff because Artemis really hadn’t. The mere fact she was doing this wasn’t even for fame or fortune, well maybe some fortune, but it was more for self-interest.
Still watching him her green orbs took in his form, he seemed to carry himself like a star or at least someone very used to being in the spotlight. And, if she was honest, he did look like he belonged on a stage. By the time he reached her Artemis had already taken all that she could of him in, his aura mainly was her focus but the little details about him didn’t go unnoticed. Red jacket, goggles, striking blue hair – things she would remember and use to recognise him in a crowd. She was about to stand to greet him but he had dropped into a crouch next to her, not too close but close enough that they didn’t have to project their voices far for the other to be able to hear.
Artemis listened to his words, it was true what he was saying – she wasn’t really convinced that a guitar would sound right with this song but she hadn’t even considered a symphony. Where would she even find something like that around here? Then the mixing, Artemis had never mixed music before so she wasn’t even sure where to start with that. “Well, all of that would be nice but I wouldn’t have a clue on how to source that let alone use it. I’m guessing you could help?” Artemis stared up at the boy “I’m Artemis, Artemis Nike. Third-year student here.” She held her hand out to shake, waiting for him to offer his name.

Giving a nod and a gentle, amused chuckle, the teen shrugged leisurely upon hearing the latter portion of the other's response- though it had been more than apparent that he had paid attention to take note of her earlier remarks, as well. "I never really would've suggested it if I wasn't able to help out," he spoke back casually, tilting his head. "If you're game for everything, I also have another friend that can possibly help out, too, in the near future." Glancing over at the auditorium doors - the very same ones that he himself had walked through just several moments prior - he peered through and into the hallway beyond for a brief period of time before sighing. Within the following time span afterwards, he cast his bold, sapphire hued gaze upon the girl for yet another time during that particular experience and meeting. "...He's probably not gonna get here until a bit later, though. He's still gotta go through a few things here and there before he gets officially settled into the academy."A soft breath and sigh alike would have been taken as he entered a temporary pause in speech, hooking the eastern extremity around and resting it upon the back of his neck. It moved faintly in a rubbing motion, though its fingers eventually curled a tad in order to faintly scratch the skin that rested across it as he thought on select matters for a short while- including but not limited to the introduction that he had been given. His eyes kept themselves upon her as she offered him a name of her own, and to that, he simply allowed his smile to continue and broaden slightly. Shifting his attention upon the hand outstretched towards him for a little while, he contemplated the gesture for a split second or two; not quite because he had to figure out what it meant, though to decide whether or not he should as a result of some personal issues of his- and the very same ones that were in relation to his earlier, unnoticed little fiasco with the stage floor dirt. After a noticeably and reasonably short time, however, he reached a gloved hand of his up, gladly and firmly taking her hand within a gentle grasp of his own before giving it an acceptable and accustomed shake. "Artemis Nike...? Heh. A nice and pretty name, if you want my honest opinion," the boy remarked in honest commentary, giving a subtle laugh of what could have been both ongoing amusement and approval at the same time. He released her hand accordingly, drawing it towards his own form once more and leisurely draping it over his knee in a similar manner to the western extremity, all while he still maintained his crouched positioning. "I've, uh...got a few names of my own. Name's Hunter Jae-Seok Yoon. Hunter's the American one; Jae-Seok is Korean. Aaaand...then there's my stage name, Baekho." Raising an eyebrow in interest, he shifted his hands to bridge the gap between his knees, loosely intertwining their fingers all the while as his gaze remained upon Artemis all the while. "The last one's honestly the main one that people tend to know me as more times than not, but you don't seem to... It's surprising, but also kinda relieving at the same time," he added with a laugh. Soon after he had finished his most recent remark, either one of his hands would have trailed upwards, hooking behind his neck and twining their fingers together once more in a casual manner. "Also...you're a third year, then...?" he mused out loud. A flicker of curiosity sparked through his expression - from the questioning quirk of his lip to the similarly matched glint within his eye - as he absentmindedly tapped his thumbs against the back and base of his neck. "Huh... I'm not the keenest on ages, but...I'm a fourth year, and you don't really look that much younger than me~."

I’m Still Breathing, Artemis tilted her head to the side as she listened to him speak. She wondered what his other friend would bring to the mix and couldn’t help but find herself following his gaze to the doors. It was almost like she thought this other person would just walk in on que, but that would just be weird if it happened – that’s like what happens in anime and movies. There we go, wasn’t going to be around till later. That was more normal to how real life works. Artemis shook her head slightly, what was she even thinking right now? Comparing life with an anime. In the end, she just put it down to life not really feeling like a life for quite some time now.
With her hand outstretched for him she almost wondered if he would take it, it didn’t look like he was offended by it, on the contrary, he seemed to smile brighter at her introduction. After a short moment, he took her hand and shook it. She had noticed that he wore gloves, the leather feel of it cold against her soft skin. It was an odd sensation really, she wasn’t used to shaking the hand of someone with gloves even if it should seem like an entirely normal thing for people to wear them. Well at least in winter but this wasn’t winter. When he repeated her name, she shifted her gaze towards his – she wasn’t quite sure how to react to him saying it was pretty. To be honest, she was never really good with compliments in the first place so she simply responded with “Thank you” and a soft smile.
Hunter…she let the name sink into her mind. The other’s that he used seemed like work to pronounce, not that she couldn’t but when offered an easier option why not take it? She hadn’t actually heard of his stage name and he seemed to realise that but didn’t mind. He even said as much and it made Artemis relax even more, smiling at him and stating “You must get so many people bombarding you. Sorry.” She chuckled “You’re just not that famous” She teased him hoping to sound friendly and not like a bitch. Just simple banter. He didn’t seem to mind it.
Looking him over again she cocked her head to the lift as he remarked about her being in third year. She sort of sighed when he stated that she didn’t look much younger than him. Not because she was put off or offended but more because she didn’t like having to answer all the questions relating to why she had to stay back a year. It wasn’t to do with her intelligence it was just a matter of timing. “Well…I should be in fourth year but I had to stay back…its just a timing thing…I was out of school for a year and the teachers here agreed that I would have missed out on too much and that things have changed in that time so they kept me back.” She looked away from him and to the notepad with her lyrics on it. “To be honest with you, it’s all the same stuff and I’m really bored in my classes. I get good grades but I don’t have the best attendance records. For the most part they don’t seem to mind because I get the grades and it keeps the average of the class up. Silly isn’t it? I'm one of the oldest in Third-year” She half said the last part with a little bit of embarrassment in her tone before realising she hadn't actually told him her age which she assumed was what he wanted "I'm 18 by the way"

In response to the thanks that the girl had spoken to him, Hunter simply returned the gesture with an acknowledging nod, listening to the remainder of what she had to say in the process in a calm, collected, and respectful fashion. Upon taking note of the later remarks that he had been presented with, however - courtesy of the newfound acquaintance of his that was the neighboring student, of course - he gave a sarcastic and exaggerated gasp, staggering backwards and shifting upon his feet slightly in order to keep his balance. The given action of both mock pain and amusement alike would have been coupled with a swift strike of the eastern extremity across his chest, and he clenched the aforementioned hand within a loose fist above - or, at the very least, quite close to above - the spot in which his heart was safeguarded beneath. "You wound me, Artemis... I'll have you know that I work really hard to get my name out there...!" he sighed with a seemingly serious sharpness, the only things betraying the emotion being his exceeding amount of purposefully bad acting, as well as the smirk that continuously tugged upon his lips. Soon to be added to that list would have been the beginnings of a chuckle as it stifled within his throat, though were only broadened in volume and released a small while after his smile had begun to assert itself upon his features. Shaking his head, he shrugged while shifting upon his feet once more in order to assume the prior and proper crouch that he had taken not too long after arriving upon the stage floor itself. "...Iiiin all seriousness, though, that's partially why I'm here. Baekho...or "white tiger". That little name is a nickname of mine for an idol group that I'm in. My manager decided to let a few of us come here after some scouters asked us about the powers that we had, and even though he was skeptical, he let it happen on that small hope that letting us run free here would let other people know about us. It's just me right now, but a couple other friends of mine should be here soon." Tilting his head, he balanced his elbows upon either one of his knees before allowing either one of their respective hands to hang loosely and comfortably within the space between of them for yet another instance. "Once they're here, maybe I could introduce you to them...? We could make it a sort of music session to help you out."Towards the latter end of his most recent remark by then, the azure haired teen would have given another chuckle, though allowed it to ride out accordingly and trail off into a sigh as he began to gather his thoughts once more. As the sigh extended and slipped from his lips, he settled his intellect upon the other topics at hand. Due to a sudden bout of thoughtfulness that he had achieved upon trekking upon the rails of their conversation again, the sigh had transitioned into a soft, low-toned hum as he eyed the alleged third year sitting before him. He gave her a casual shrug after a little bit of time. "Eh...well, while I'm not really in the same boat, I'm pretty sure it's not much to fret over, right? I mean, it's bound to happen to some people, right?" he pondered out loud in a curious voicing. "I mean...I haven't been here that long myself, but I heard that there's a fourth year here that's twenty or so. Not for academic reasons, but, like...personal issues? Stuff that happened to him in the past...? Something like that, but as far as I know, those are just rumors..."Trailing off once more, he puffed his cheeks out in thought for yet another instance. Glancing down at the ground beneath him, he eyed the stage secured below his heels before sighing and tilting back ever so slightly in order to finally take a seat- although in a clearly but faintly reluctant and uncomfortable manner all the same. Crossing his legs, he quickly twined the fingers of his hands together and placed it within his lap, though not before brushing several stray specks of dust and sawdust from his clothing. "Yeah, though...it's uncommon, but not really anything to be weirded out over, right?" he asked questioningly, his tone sounding to be reassuring as he did so. "You're eighteen like I am, but got held back for logical reasons. ...You just need to work on your attendance habits," he added, his voice inheriting a lighthearted tease by the end of his remarks at the given time.

I’m Still Breathing, She couldn’t help but smile as he acted wounded by her playful banter. She might have believed he was if he could have kept his lips from smirking around the corners and the fact that he was a terrible actor. It was becoming infectious though, that smile that threaten to break across his face, then the chuckle starting to form – soon Artemis found herself smiling and softly chuckle along with him. It was a refreshing to say the least, everything had been so serious this past year and bit that he was nice to have this kind of conversation and to feel relaxed around someone.
She listened to his story and wondered how much success he would have in a school like this. So many people at high school seemed to be interested in themselves or in their little clicky groups. But that was how school worked and in some Artemis missed being a part of that. She didn’t have any friends here and was a loner in most of her classes – did she mind? Not really but on the odd occasion she missed what she used to have with her friends back at Hinan. “Well I hope it works out, I mean I haven’t heard of you guys but I love to listen to new music, I’ll look you up later” She quickly scribbled down the name as he continued to speak about introducing her to his group. She was a little apprehensive but decided that there was now harm in making friends, especially if it was as easy as talking with him now. “I’d like that.” She said with a genuine smile.
Artemis listened to his thoughtful response to her staying back, he was right that it wasn’t such a big issue and it probably wasn’t something she would worry on. It was just that it wasn’t much different to what she had already done, maybe she should have pushed harder to have been in fourth year. Well in any case she was here now and it did mean she could pursue other things with her time now…because she had enough of it. “I guess I could improve on my attendance…” She let it hand in the air before continuing “Well I have a class soon but would you like to catch up sometime? I’d really like to work on the song and the help would be really appreciated.” Artemis moved to grab her stuff and put it in her bag. “So, uh…How would I get in touch with you?”

Throughout the conversation, as well as the responses that he had received from Nike's behalf, the tiger felt his smile instinctively broaden in approval and liking alike, especially and specifically upon hearing her own approval in regards to his introduction offering involving his fellow friends and group members. "Haha...well, it's fine if you don't know us now. It's why some of us are coming here, anyways~. Gotta spread the word somehow," he replied leisurely, shrugging as he spoke those words. His smile broadened within an amused and polite manner as he shook his head and went on, however, saying, "Anyways, though... I'll let them know, then. They're fine with making friends and stuff, so I'm sure that they'll be glad to meet you," before beginning to glancing up at her as she began to move. Tilting his head, his eyes shifted between her and her bag, and his mind became clarified upon hearing her next few statements.
With a brief nod and an, "Aaaaah~," in understanding, he nodded once more before beginning to stand up as well, though kept his attention swiftly an initially upon his clothing for yet another time soon after finding balance upon his feet. In a quick manner, he took care to thoroughly brush whatever dust and other debris had managed to cling onto his clothing, clapping whatever substances that had remained upon his hands and gloves off soon after finishing doing so. Once content with the makeshift cleaning routine, he gave a hesitant nod to himself before peering back up at Artemis, offering her an ongoing smile. "Well, if it's fine with you, I'd love nothing more than that," he responded, glancing down and towards his pocket as he slid a hand of his within it. Pulling it out, he activated its screen before entering his pass code - which was admittedly longer for security's sake, though was entered within an obscenely hastened fashion as his thumbs tapped across its screen within a seemingly memorized and experienced way - before he created a prompt to compose a new contact. Once it was open, he tilted his head up, taking a couple of steps over and holding his phone out towards her. "Just leave your number and save it~. You can take a look at mine after that since it should also be on the list, or I could just enter it into your phone while you do yours. I don't mind either way~."

I’m Still Breathing, It made her smile that he was happy to exchanged contact details, Arte really could do with some friends around here – everyone was always to themselves or had established cliques, none of which she fitted into. Maybe by being able to record her song with their help she would be able to become friends with them too.
By now she had slung her bag over her shoulder and had her phone in her hand ready to take his number but it seemed he had a better idea. She took his phone and handed hers to him. She probably should put a passcode on it but she had nothing of value on her phone so it didn’t bother her that much if someone opened it. Typing her number and name in she pressed save and returned it to him. She actually wondered if it would have been odd that she was so casually putting her number into some famous person’s phone. Actually, she hoped no one who knew the band would know that she knew them – what if they came after her for their numbers or for autographs? Arte didn’t let herself think anymore on it, let anyone would really try to get it from her anyway.
“Great.” With their numbers successfully exchanged she pocketed her phone once more. “Well I best take your advice and work on my attendance” She smiled at him. “It was really nice to meet you, I’m glad you came in. See you around ok and text me whenever.” She headed off the stage and waved to him as she made her way through the seats to the exit.
