POWER DESCRIPTIONS
Technopathy---
By far Taeseung's favorite power, as well as the one that he tends to be biased towards as far as usages go. While he loves both his Technopathic and Electrokinetic capabilities all the same, if he absolutely had to choose between one to have, it would likely be this one- though it wouldn't be much of a surprise, given his personality. Having grown up on technology in general throughout the well entirety of his life - as a result of his parents' company practically revolving around that one topic - Tae is extremely tech-savvy, and has been heavily influenced by things related to tech in general like social media, video games, and many other things. Uncovering this power of his has only strengthened this. Often using it whenever he goes to clubs or even hosts a few shows of his own at the main club that his family owns - Cloud Nine - he uses this power to adjust lights and whatnot from afar from his spot on stage in order to give others the best experience possible, as well as to fiddle with a few other things, as well. When using it seriously, however, he's capable of using it to hack into things. Cell phones and computers are often more or less easy game for him, and he's capable of tapping into them without leaving a trace of his being or intrusion. He's capable of doing the same to more security-locked programs and devices, but the more intricate a system is, the more effort he has to put, of course- which also means there's also more room for error, as well.
Of course, when he isn't serious, he'll just be messing around with his power.
Fair warning: he's been known to anonymously hack into other people's phones and other devices while they're in class or in public and play videos while giggling to himself in the distance.
...Mostly because they're sometimes not the appropriate type.
Electrokinesis---
While it was just stated that Technopathy is Taeseung's favorite power, one shouldn't be driven to think that he dislikes his electrical capabilities in any shape or form. Likely equally as versed in his Electrokinesis as he is with his Technopathic capabilities, Taeseung Kyon is capable of displaying rather frightening showings with this specific power when he's actually playing seriously- which makes it all the more relieving that he's more of the joking type, rather than straight-to-business.
Regardless, he's capable of both discharging and absorbing electricity alike. When focused and caring enough, he's capable of releasing enough electrical energy in a single burst that's capable of nearly killing another human- if not actually killing them altogether. He can release volts of these strengths a few times before burning himself out and causing himself intense physical pains and possibly even actual burns as a result of the energy and effort, but because of the obvious laws that would be broken, he'll likely never use it on another person unless he's absolutely forced to. Rather than using all of his power in quick, powerful bursts, he often chooses to use it in smaller flows in order to gauge himself comfortably. Most of the time, he tends to use it for conventional and convenience, and you could often catch him casually zapping his mp3 player, phone, or other electrical devices to recharge it faster on the go than he'd be able to with a charger.
...And then other times, he'll use this energy to envelope himself or select parts of himself in order to use himself as a portable flashlight if the situation calls for it.
Or even transform himself into a walking LED light.
Either works and could be easily seen with him.

APPEARANCE
An above-average-heighted young man with a reasonably toned body, standing at a height of six foot two and weighing in at roughly one hundred and eighty-three pounds. Being of mixed Asian races, his skin tone is rather light in comparison to some, though does hold a faint tan regardless due to his Filipino bloodlines. Alongside this, his primary ethnic backgrounds also influence his eyes, which are the standard and somewhat stereotypical narrowed shape, and are of a bright, brilliant aquamarine coloring. His hair is rather short-cut, though is long enough near the front to hook over slightly as bangs and to shroud over his right eye to some extent. With the use of some gel among other things, it also holds a rather fluffy look and feel to the touch, and is also fashioned to be brushed upwards to some degree. He dyes it from time to time, and his current favorite hair color scheme would be a bright cross between silver and blue, though his natural hair color is a somewhat brighter; an in-between point between brown and hazel.
When he actually bothers to put some effort into his outfit, Taeseung tends to maintain a clothing style that fits into the general semi-casual type of clothing. As a first layer, he often wears some type of black graphic tank top, though this particular shirt often only surfaces on warmer days, or when he's deep into a rave and is into the atmosphere. Over this shirt, he tends to wear a variety of collared, button-up dress shirts that are limited to no specific color, though are often seen to be some shade of blue. The cuffs end just past the elbows and cover the forearms ever so slightly, though are often folded back or rolled up enough for the bottoms of them to barely touch the elbows.
As for the lower body, Taeseung is often seen sporting some custom-designed jeans that have a dark color base, often taking a coloring similar to black, dark grey, or a sort of stonewashed navy blue. They’re held up by a white belt, and often have a cyan-colored bandana tucked beneath the waist close to the front of his right flank. The bottom cuffs of his jeans will shroud slightly over his shoes, which will often either be black dress shoes or some type of athletic/running shoes.
Often times, numerous bracelets and wristbands can be found upon his wrist; all of which are the colors of the rainbow, and also glow and flash when activated to give way to his raver personality. Alongside this, he can often be seen with earbuds that connect to some sort of musical device, or even his favorite pair of headphones: a black pair of headphones that glow a bright, cyan blue when turned on and are complete with a pair of cat ears on the top. These ears also double as speakers, and he uses this function when he’s outside sometimes. Regardless of whether he’s using them for his own benefit or for others, however, they’ll always hold some extreme bass-boosting capabilities.

PERSONALITY
Truth be told, Taeseung could be described with many words, though charismatic, confident, and energetic could be among the top few, with possibly a side of lowkey narcissism, depending on how people interpret his behavior and judge his image for themselves. With a deep appreciation for being the center of attention, you could often catch him being that one social butterfly in the room that seems to attract people with his natural charisma, openly joking around and being casual with strangers and probably making a few more friends in the process. He displays himself and his capabilities with pride on normal occasion, and could possibly be seen flaunting himself around and flirting with others, regardless of their gender. Whether or not he would do so in a joking manner, however, could possibly remain a mystery for quite a while.
Despite his confident front, however, Taeseung actually is somewhat sensitive when pushing everything else aside. While he approaches people who have a same type of energy and skill level in the same fields that he does with an utmost casualness, he actually is slightly intimidated by them. Should they show him up on multiple occasions for a substantial amount, he'll just reciprocate with his normal, fired-up nature on the outside, and will keep working harder and harder to come out on top due to his competitive nature. Internally, though, he'll actually begin to doubt himself altogether and question his self-worth and confidence, which may spawn the occasional off moment when he thinks that he's alone. Should a friend or loved one come across him in such a state and confront him about it, he'll likely just put on a quick smile and brush matters off to another time.
Going past those two sides of him, Tae does have one final, major aspect to his persona. Yes, he's a naturally confident and charismatic individual who's just looking to have a good time. Yes, he's also somewhat sensitive when he gets shown up in his areas of expertise. Like everyone else, though, he also has a somewhat harsh and fiery side when pushed a bit too far. Although it's normally hard to break his common, energetic front, when it does happen, whoever proves worthy of his bad side would definitely be in for constant lash-outs, be it subtle or up front. It may not seem like it, but he actually has a pretty good memory, and often stashes little bits and facts that someone reveals about themselves for a later time to surprise them in either the best or worst of ways possible. He'll likely erupt and will just keep yelling and yelling, spitting out insults, and often only calms down once he gets everything out of his system- and even then, it'll likely take a day or two of either ignorance or awkward tensions and silence towards the person or people that he went off on before things go back to normal. By the time that period is done, he'll, of course, apologize, before subtly beginning to plot ways to try to make it up to that person as his own way of saying sorry.

aight bois imma be real here
i have the basic points of tae's revamped history down but lets face it
its gonna be too damn long to read and im too lazy to fully flesh everything out right now
so until further notice we're settling for the casual tldr version to make things easier for both of us
-------
When you get down the the bottom line, Taeseung "Tyrrence" Kyon is basically your stereotypical hotshot. Born on August 7th seventeen or so years in the past in Seoul, South Korea, he was lucky enough to have been born into a pretty rich family of five including himself, with his mother and father - Vivian Arcken and Ji-Hyuk Kyon, respectively - being the owners and CEO's of a tech-based company by the name of Ion Industries. He's the older brother to their other two daughters; Min-Seo being the youngest, and Ji-Yeon being the middle child. He was homeschooled from the moment he could speak and remember up until he was around nine or so, and was also personally taught English by his parents on their insistence in order to improve future communications in the event that he decided to follow in their business footsteps. All in all, he lived a pretty energetic and interesting life due to his personality and general, hyped nature, though also grew up as a subtle nerd who was interested in video games and music alike because of the nature of his parents' company. To make things a bit better, he wasn't brought up to be your completely stereotypical rich boy since he's not actually snooty- or at least seriously so. Think of him as a sort of rich boy with a heart of gold, even though it's a kinda cringy way of putting it. Rich boy. Rich boy confidence. Rich boy demeanor. Good intentions- even if he's somewhat suggestive at times (READ: a lot of the time).
A little after he turned nine, he and his parents, as well as his youngest sister, moved to America for sake of opening a new branch of their company. Ji-Yeon stayed behind in Korea for reasons of her own, though kept in constant contact with them through occasional trips when she could, as well as video calls and whatnot. When he first arrived in America, Tae and his sister were bullied a little bit, though he shouldered through rather easily because of his easygoing nature, and ended up protecting Min-Seo a lot of the time as a result. After finding some more taekwondo and dance classes to keep up with - two of many hobbies that he and his siblings had involved themselves in back in Korea - he simply continued on with his life up until around age twelve or so.
He uncovered his first power, Technopathy, at around age twelve by accident during a video chat with Ji-Yeon. All in all, the call ended the first time with his electrical guitar suddenly going haywire - as he was playing it and singing a duet with her at the time - before his laptop abruptly glitched out and shut down. After some work and minor experimenting, he managed to get it back online, explaining what had just happened to his sister before continuing on. From then on, he began fiddling around and progressing more with his own powers and capabilities in private, showing Ji-Yeon and eventually Min-Seo the cool things that he can do, though not revealing anything to his parents just yet.
In that same year, he started seventh grade in middle school. He made a lot of friends and kept old ones - again, due to his charismatic nature - which included his first crush: Celeste Rodriguez, whom he had met not too long after moving to the US. As time went on, they got a lot closer, and it got to the point where they did develop mutual feelings for one another between eighth grade and freshman year. Not too long after freshman year itself started about two years later, the two went out on their own as a sort of date. While crossing the street, Celeste got hit by a car, and the impact had shaken her an immense amount. As the crowds gathered, Taeseung ran over to her and tried to keep her conscious while panicking and actually crying; something that was extremely different and uncharacteristic of him, but understandable given the situation since her pulse had actually faded and stopped altogether. A sudden, stressed shock would have alarmed him of his second power, Electrokinesis. He was confused at the time, but after realizing that it was probably the same case with his Technopathy as far as spontaneous discovery went, he tried his best to focus and to do it again.
A few more shocks, and he could feel a small beat against his fingers as he pressed them against her neck.
...And then one last, strong, and inexperienced shock quickly diminished the pulse once more.
He was devastated to say the least, especially after he had actually managed to revive her.
From then on, a few legal disputes between the driver and Celeste's family were progressed, though not between Celeste's family and Taeseung's for one reason: neither were knowing of his failed revival attempt. The civilians that day proved to either be too distant or too focused on the other attractions of the accident at the time, so none seemed to take note of the fact that Taeseung had just uncovered his Electrokinesis except for one individual: an Aurora Academy scouter that had happened to be around the area. As the authorities arrived and the scene grew a bit more crowded and controlled, the scout approached Taeseung and held a conversation with him. They discussed his powers, and Tae was given an offer.
The scout would keep what had really happened a secret if he agreed to attend the academy.
No malicious intent, of course. Just an offer with a convenient reasoning at the right yet tragic time.
Taeseung skeptically but ultimately agreed in his own sense of scorn, and his parents were alerted of the change and proposal. Rather than telling them about the school's primary focus on powers right away at the time, they simply told them that he'd have a higher chance of receiving a better education if he attended; something that both Vivian and Ji-Hyuk were ultimately fine with.
After another year or so of mentally preparing himself and focusing himself into his prior personality - though not without becoming even more influenced and dedicated to music in general as a sort of coping mechanism and venting point towards the situation - he finally made the move to Aurora Academy when he was of appropriate age to do so. Once again the overly energetic and enthusiastic boy he was before, he entered the academy and has attended for the past three years.
Despite his move and his own, personally busy schedule, as well as having moved on interest-wise, however, there has always been one thing that he makes sure to do on occasion.
Every so often, every month or possibly every other month, he'll disappear for a few days.
He hasn't told anyone except for his siblings and his parents, but during these periods, he visits Celeste's grave back in the US to mourn as he will before returning like nothing really happened.
