POWER DESCRIPTIONS
Unfortunately for Valorie, both powers can only be controlled to a certain extent.
In terms of her love inducement, she can't make people right on love her or other people. The very most that this would be able to do, is draw people in. In fact, the passive ability makes her appear more appealing and lovable regardless of much preference. Once laid eyes on her, most people feel a slight pull to them, and it tends to make people slightly more submissive to her. It just makes people have that urge to make her happy, however the effect that it has on the target is dependant on the target themselves. In more active terms, she can amplify feelings of affection that another would have towards someone else, for example if someone and their crush were to approach her, the odds are that they would feel an overwhelming emphasis on their emotions. She likes to call it the power of honesty. Not to say that people can't resist this, of course - but that nagging is always gonna be there, and it's pretty darn hard to hate her.
She is unable to create true love, and of course it can't make someone full on love her. It just.. Makes people feel the need or desire to make her happy. Valorie is completely aware of this, because it directs shallow love towards herself. It doesn't necessarily have to be distributed through physical contact, as even the sight of her can trigger that urge.
As for her mental nonexistence, it's as it says. Everyone she meets, everyone who sees her will rapidly begin to forget after she leaves their line of sight.. Until they see her again, of course. Added in with her Love Inducement, it usually leaves a person with a sense of emptiness for a moment or two before moving on with their lives. If you were to ask someone about her, they'd say that they never met someone like her, unless of course there were a photograph of her somewhere. There'd be a sense of familiarity, but it'd be pretty hard to recall her unless someone were to really try. Unfortunately, she can't control this. However, young children are only able to refer to her as an imaginary friend. Once they grow older, they will completely forget about her.

APPEARANCE
The first thing that the majority think when they see Valorie, is short. She only stands at 4'9" (144cm) with bright blue blue eyes and platinum blonde hair. Often times, her hair is put into twin tails that fall down to her waist, and chocolate tanned skin paired with a childish face. Ironically, she has a fairly fit and developed figure for her age, so she takes advantage of her ability to wear whatever the hell she wants. When she isn't wearing her uniform in the warm weathers, she'll shamelessly wear her bikini and a skirt under a bright yellow rain coat, being as eccentric she is.
It's very rare when she wears her hair down, and she doesn't usually pay very much attention to her appearance in general. The reasoning of this is due to the fact that she knows that no one will remember her, and so she takes that as a ticket to do whatever she wants without too much a consequence.

PERSONALITY
Obnoxious, shameless, and all around provoking. Valorie doesn't hold a care in the world about what she does after she recognized her ability, even going so far as to wear the most rambunctious clothing. Loud and irritable, and fairly prideful to begin with. Arrogant and childish, coupled with bratty usually leads to terrible first impressions (not like she cares, really) and yet there's tat childish, lovable charm that surrounds her. However, she isn't very trustworthy and can never keep a secret for the life of her, so it's best advised that you just don't tell her anything personal (especially since you'll forget all about it later and she'll make it bite you in the butt). She's fairly snarky, sly and manipulative, not hesitating to exploit her ability to her own gains (mainly to entertain herself) and it's even harder to resist with that alluring, charismatic charm about.
Despite that, she's a bright person. Honest and wears her heart on her sleeve the majority of the time, not much a liar. Her manipulative nature only lies in a play on words, with the tendency to be playful until others can't keep up with her. She absolutely adores animals. She is also street smart and witty, with cunning approaches and a positive outlook towards others. Perhaps she's just a bit too naive but that doesn't save her from the fact that she can be explicitly vulgar when there's no filter. Otherwise, she is an extreme extrovert who absolutely adores the company of people, sociable to the point it's almost off putting. Though luckily, she is considerate and has good enough morals not to do something like murder or whatever. She's flirtatious, although she never seems to notice when she does that.
But that in itself is just a ruse. If we are going to be honest here, she's actually really reserved and secretive. Sure she's optimistic and cheerful, she always leaves the lowest standards for herself and never expects much from anyone anymore - she doesn't expect anything from anyone or herself. In fact, due to both her abilities, she has become depressive and paranoid, and only uses that genuine front to hide those dark feelings harboured in her head. Complex doesn't even begin with her, because she contradicts herself like no tomorrow. Hesitant and arbitrary, even a tad bit of a coward. Not to mention that Val is incredibly lonely, especially after being traumatized by a certain incident. She is haunted by the event, and so is unbearably clingy and paranoid. But of course, no one would care right? After all.. Their affection towards her is only a result of her love induction. They're all going to forget about her, hence why she desperately tries to land a lasting impression on them.
It doesn't matter what type of impression she leaves.

BIOGRAPHY
Wrong, everything was all, all wrong.
There you were, small and full of hope. You ran around like a child, never minding your poor academic skills. Neither of your parents had super powers - you were all normal people. That.. That's at the time of course. You were rash, egotistical, but you had a big and kind heart. Hell, you still do of course. When your sister was delivered, you were overjoyed and often played with her. Unfortunately, she was the exact opposite in terms of academic prowess. She was good at school, you were good on the streets. You always attracted attention, you were never scared of the crowds. Even with this, you were called a smart child and yet your parents still favoured your sister. Not to say that they disliked you, no. Your father doted on you like a princess, mainly because you were so good at talking with people. You had a silver tongue that you learned on your own. On the other hand, your sister was considered a prodigy; a child genius at her age. You grew envious of the attention and affection, but nevertheless you still doted and loved your sister dearly.
When you were only six years old, you were brought over to India with your parents and sister to visit your country of origin. Of course, you were ecstatic to be going and you more than gladly took advantage of your trip there. The flight was smooth, save you asking your parents when you'd get there every ten or so seconds on the plane. By the time they arrived, Val obviously just wanted to run around and explore while her sister wanted to stay in and read books. You were amazingly sociable, it wasn't hard to get you out and going. It wasn't until just a few nights later, where everything just went down hill.
You were just sleeping in another room, away from your mother, father, and sister, when a bomb was dropped by a terrorist group. Before long, they set the city you stayed in ablaze. Your parents had woken your sister up and ran out, thinking that you most certainly would have heard it and ran to them. As they left with small burns, your father noticed that you weren't with them and before he knew it, he dashed back into the house. Meanwhile, you were sitting in your room, terrified of what was happening. You were sitting in the corner of your room and when you looked out the window, you found your mother with your sister. Unfortunately, as you were banging on the windows, you witnessed a man killing both your mother and younger sister. As their lifeless bodies dropped to the ground, you froze up and just started crying in shock and fear.
Moments later, your father found you sitting in a sea of fire. The man weaved through to grab you, carrying and consoling you in one arm while the other was covering your nose and mouth. He quickly carried you down to the basement and blocked out the toxins from the fire with a damp towel, and set you down on the mattress down there. You kept on crying and your weakened father whispered the words into your ear.
"Don't worry, daddy is here. He won't leave you."
Only to drop moments later. You were terrified, looking down at your father's corpse as you desperately tried to awaken him. The cause of the death was the toxins in the flames, seeing that he was protecting you from them. You passed out from the stress of it all on your child mind. You still remember it all so vividly - the day you lost your family. When you woke up, you were found by a search team and was taken away from your parents. However, you still wanted to be with your family, so they had to drag you back. They flew you back to your home town, and put you in a mental ward. Since then, you've gone through many years of extensive therapy for what you went through.
At first, you wouldn't speak. From then on, you became a selective mute. Fortunately, you were able to break that silence after a few years. That being done, they tried to give you therapy, and you showed signs of recovery. Unfortunately, the event still haunts you to this date (no matter how hard you want to get rid of it). It's also due to this you have become dependant, clingy, fearful and paranoid. At the age of 9, you were taken in by one of your therapists as his foster daughter, and you were given two more siblings - an older brother and an older sister. Though it took a year or two, you opened up so much that the person you are now is a stranger compared to the person they knew then. You got along with them, and you fit in easily.
You were always scared of being alone, so perhaps when you turned 13 years old, you both hated and loved both your abilities. Something to add is that you started being home schooled after you returned, seeing that they didn't believe that you could be put in a public environment yet. Your father on the other hand, he brought you out all the time. You focused more on the world around you, how to interact with others up until you were 13 years old. Once again, this was when everything went downhill for you. Your foster father saw you, but then he seemed to gradually forget you as your siblings did. You couldn't understand why they would forget they they even had you, but it seems that they knew who you were once they saw you again. If you weren't around though.. It's like you didn't even exist.
You did countless things, in attempts to make people remember you without you having to be in their presence. You've attacked, hurt, nearly strangled people in hopes that it could land a lasting impression. Even then, none of them were able to remember who you were if they didn't see you. But even when you were in their presence, they were always trying to make you happy. It's like they fell in love with you, and eventually you gave in to the shallow affection that they offered. Around mid-thirteen, you had a crush on a boy who seemed to like you back (under the influence of your ability). Being the blind teen you were, you thought it was genuine. The girl, your rival, hated how he was always showing you affection and hated the fact that she can't hate you even more. You thought that things would actually go well, so you left a love letter in his locker to meet you after class. When he picked up the paper, you really thought that he would see you.
Unfortunately, things weren't exactly the smoothest.
The other girl was walking down the hallways, and you saw him walking up to her. It turns out that he actually didn't know who wrote the note to him, and so he asked her for enlightenment. That lying snake claimed that she wrote it, using the situation to take advantage of him. It infuriated you when she couldn't recall who you were either, and it broke your heart when he accepted her confession. Breaking out into a sprint, you ran back home with tears in your eyes. No one remembered you. Your teachers didn't remembered you, your friends didn't remember you, the guy you loved didn't remember you. They all liked you, so why didn't they remember you?
Why?
When you were 14, you gave up on quite a lot. You started wearing whatever the hell you wanted, spoke however you wanted, and surrounded you around all of these people to keep your mind occupied. But you always just felt so.. empty. It didn't take long for you to realize that no one will be able to really love you, because no one will remember who you are to begin with. You knew that, you already knew that. In the end, these abilities caused you pain and you honestly just wanted to get rid of it all. You became depressive, desperate, but you'll never let anyone know that.
At this point? You've given up on fighting your ability. You've accepted the fact that you'll never be remembered, you accepted the fact that all affection directed towards you is only a result of your love induction. You're never going to be remembered for who you are, and you're never going to be loved for being yourself.
